Water Quality Monitoring

Your Midshore RIVERKEEPERS® are now directing important water quality monitoring that they are engaged in and in conjunction with the Talbot Creekwatchers, a volunteer organization that has been monitoring the rivers in Talbot County for over ten years. Midshore RIVERKEEPER® Conservancy provides training, administrative, data analysis, and other support for this program, and is looking to assist in finding volunteers to expand water quality monitoring efforts into Caroline, Dorchester, and Queen Anne Counties. Beginning in the spring of 2011 we will issue a State of our Rivers Report/Accountability Card on our tributaries and annually provide updates.
